Wrestling weight loss?
Im a freshman and i weigh 170 pounds...i think im around 12 % body fat, but i dont know. I want to be around 140-150 by next season or ASAP. So, my first question is how and is it possible and my second question is does anyone know about a good fat % calculator?

- Hard work and determination are the answer for your weight loss. I don't know of a fat calculator but I'm sure you could google one up. Just be careful not to go overboard with the weight thing. I saw a few guys end up getting their butts kicked on the mat because they had no strength left at all. Make sure you keep it healthy. Good luck.
