I got one of those bathroom scales that measures your body fat % with electric impedence, I'm sure you've seen them before.... Anyone know how accurate those really are? And if they're affected by any fats in your digestive tract? Like, if I just ate dinner, is it going to read any fat in the beef in my stomach too? :) Or does that not affect the impedence? My body fat went up 1% from yesterday tonight, but I had just eat a burger..... eaten a burger. And no cracks about whats the point of eating burgers if you're watching your weight, sometimes fast food is all you can get, you cant always eat rabbit food :P
