3. These kind of calculations are very inaccurate. Everyone has a different body type. This model uses a standard type of body not taking in any other factors. The test says i have 24 percent body fat on the website. But in realty i've done a water displacement test and have 13 percent. So leave those alone and get a professional to let you know. Besides body fat really doesnt matter all that much.
