Calculating body fat percentage?
I'm starting the zone diet and the back of the book tells me how to measure my body fat percentage by taking measurements. However, I have a scale that does the same thing. I used both methods and one is 31% (scale) while the other is 39% (zone method). Which should I use? The scale takes into account my age, height, and gender.

- usually, the lower one is more accurate, so use that one-the 31
- Does you scale take into account your age and sex? I think the scale is more accurate then, based on what you said. It has computer data, wheras the measurement, I think is more general.
- Go halfway and say your at 35% and work from there.
