Hypothesis: Body fat percentage affects endurance. My son and I plan on testing 19-26 year old males (or get data my trainer already has in his files for his clients). Someone walking into the gym for their first training session EVER who has 19% body fat compared to people who come in with 36% body fat (and a few percentages in between) using their standard treadmill endurance test. Do their "numbers" always reflect better endurance as body fat is a smaller percentage? If you have a website I can check out or, due to your own experiences, you already know some information that may help, we would appreciate it. Thank you! :)
