- There's a good chance you can get away pretty easily with eating 3,500 calories a day. Getting ripped arms is mostly about working them, and keeping a low percentage of body fat. To be ripped like Stallone from Rocky III, go for 3%. To be healthy, go under 11%. A happy medium for a young guy is probably 6-8%. You'll be like a walking anatomy chart.
- These are the body fat percentages for men: 14-17% is Fit. 10-13% is Athlete. 4-9% is Elite Athlete. Personally I think 10-13% would be best for you. To work out how many calories you should be eating you need to work out your AMR (caloriesperhour.com should have a calculator for you there). Dont go above or below this number. To get ripped arms try tricep kickbacks, shoulder presses, bicep curls, lateral shoulder raises, push-ups, dips etc.
- dont go less than 4-6% if u are 16 then you are naturally thin b/c u are growing still. If u wanna be ripped then add soem lifting to your workout but crew will definetly bult your arms , shoulders and back
