help! abs, imma reaallly fat////no one ever reads/answers PLEASE!?
142 lbs. 32 inch waist 36 around the stomacah. possibllyu 15.55% Body fat and 23.2 body mass index. how many crunches a day and how soon will i SEE results, want more details read the diet question in my recently asked questions

- dont just do crunches...you need to run for about 20 minutes...keep the heart rate up at about 120 per minute so your burning clories and fat...crunches help but ur body will get use to it....you need to shock your body so that the muscles will work harder and shape ur abs n help you lose weight.. hope i helped
- getting abs isn't just crunches is also just losing weight in general, because no matter how many times you do crunches or how long you do them for, even though your ab muscles will grow and become stronger you WON'T be able to see them if there is still fat there. and doing crunches isn't a very effective way of losing Fat. So my advice to you is to and diet and do cardio. and try to get in some sit-ups through out the week ( do like a couple hundred a day, and no it doesn't mean to do all of them at once nor should you, and make sure to give yourself a couple days rest through out the week.
- if you want to lose some weight, you should join boxing, its a great way to get toned and not too buff and to get ab muscles, crunches DONT work, maybe you can try leg lifts and the plank. ps- i weigh 150 lbs and im not fat,, so i your NOT fat! trust me!
