I have been dieting and working out very hard since November. Lost 20lbs to date. When I started, I had a caliper [Pinch] test done and my body fat was at 26.2%. As of today, I am down to 17.5%. Different people do the caliper test differently. Some pinch my chest, thigh, tricep and lower abdomen. Others do all of the above but skip the thigh and instead of the lower abdomen, they do the "Love Handles". I have been trying to get the fat off my love handles but can't seem to do it. I am lifting lots of weights, running a lot and eating very well but those love handles just won't go away. I want to get rid of them fast!!! Any constructive thoughts would be appreciated.
