  1. use a cup
  2. Go to this site, it will ask you your weight and height and calculate it for you. http://www.healthcastle.com/bmi-calculator.shtml
  3. The most accurate way would be to go to a gym and have them give you a water displacement test in a pool. There are also special meters that help with that but they're not as accurate.
  4. It depends... there are a lot of ways. The most accurate way is called hydrostatic weighing. To measure, you get in a tub of water and breathe out all the air in your lungs. After a couple seconds a machine tells you a complete profile of your body fat composition (where the fat is distributed). Its not very practical because you have to go somewhere to get it done, but if you are serious about wanting to know your body fat, it is the best. The most practical way people measure body fat is with skin calipers. Basically you use 3 or 7 different sites throughout the body and pinch the fat and record. Then you compare those measurements to charts that tell you how much fat you should have. Its not as accurate because it depends on the technical ability and experience of the person taking the measurements. You can also use BMI chart that takes into account your height and weight. Hope this helps!
  5. The following links provide the calculators you'll need to help you assess you body fat level. Although hydrostatic weighing is the most accurate method (but too expensive), body fat caliper measurement is quite accurate.
