  1. you can go to the local gym and ask them to measure your body fat. the way they do it is neither but putting bunch of electronic devices aroud ur body or by using the pincher at certain points in your body. you really cant measure it by yourself unless you have the fat pincher and know how to calculate it (which shouldnt be that hard by the way)
