1. Ask him to stand still then run around him with the tape measure... ahahahahaha
2. There are special scales that you can buy that measure the body fat and muscle content of your body. I recommend the one made by homedics.
3. Health-o-meter and Homedics both make bathroom scales that measure body fat. Or you could buy calipers which usually come with instructions on how to calculate body fat that way. Calipers would be more accurate, but a scale is a lot more convenient.
