How to drop my body fat percentage?

I currently do weights approx 5 times per week, and cardio maybe once a week. Im approx 176pounds or 80kilos and 6ft. I eat a high protein diet, and dont eat to many carbs, i also eat fairly healthy. I am in fairly good shape but just cant seem to cut a small percentage of fat laying under my nipple area and small amount on my abdomen. I dont want to increase cardio to much and lose any lean muscle that i have gained from my last year and half of training.

  1. If you are working out in a gym then one of the trainers would be the best people to ask. You sound healthy enough to me. It's more important to be fit with a proper diet unless you are a sportsman.
