Do the body fat scales really work? Like the ones from Wal Mart.?

- Nope. Scales can't determine what is actual muscle from body fat.
- not the ones from wal-mart. the only way to tell is to get it done by a docter who may have a scale way more accurate then the one at wal mart
- I dont think they really work, it depends on what scale you are getting
- no they dont ! in order to correctly/ get a specifc measure your body fat you would be to underwater weighing or Air Displacement Plethysmography . but if you want to measure your bodyfat to see if its going down a body fat scale from walmart would do fine!
- Not really, callipers are way more accurate. You just have to learn to use them properly (or get someone to do it for you). Then you can just input your skinfold measurements into a website and it can give you a reasonably accurate body fat estimation.
