Having found a LLT collecting dust I was wondering if they're any good. I just did a body fat calculator thing and was shocked to find out i have 23% body fat! So I decided that, added to my weigh training, I should do some cardio. Lo and behold, the LLT sprung to my mind. So is it actually any good? I've heard it's boring, and from a go on it I'm not surprised, but how long/how good are results from it? cheers
