Losing weight?
Ok, I'm 15 about to turn 16 and for my next birthday ((in two and a half months)) I want to lose 10-20 pounds. I am 5' 6.5" and weigh 130. I checked out my body fat percentage, and it was 29%, but it seemed like it might be off. I play soccer, so I get regular exercise, I don't really look fat, I just feel it. So was that calculator correct? (it was an online calculator) So here's what I need: *Good exercises that really burn fat all over *If that calculator was accurate *Good eating habits *Good and bad foods to eat *Any other helpful tips are soo appreciated! Thanks! If you need any more info, I'll gladly tell you as long as it's relevant to my question. Thank you people so much!

- First off, because you're a soccer player, I highly doubt that online calculator is correct. According to online calculators I should have a body fat percentage of 40%+, but I know that's inaccurrate as I consistently lift weights and even had my fat percentage measured by more accurrate means. Online calculators usually go off the BMI chart, with is notoriously inaccurrate for measuring body fat. BMI's are simply a ratio of your height and weight, NOT a measure of body fat. A more accurrate test would be measuring body fat using skinfold calipers, electrical impedence, or even a hip/waist circumfrence ratio. If you have access to a DEXA X-ray machine or a hydrostatic weighing tank, these are considered the gold standard for body fat measurements.
