Lower body fat percentage??
my body fat percentage is about 19% and i really want it down to like 10% or even less cuz i really want my abs and other muscles to be chizled and show, plz dont get me with all that its unheathy stuff, cuz im sure u never look at a muscular guy and just say "he's unheathy" so plz help!!! thnx HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE HOW WILL I DO IT

- cardio about 5 days a week is the only way..but if your not careful you could lose some of the muscle youve worked hard for by trying to cut body fat. i would say do cardio 5 days a week and only 20 minutes a day because any longer then that and your body starts burning muscle for fuel. you should also try and watch the fat content in the foods you consume.
- An hour of cardio, 3-5 times a week, preferably before breakfast. Try to eat between 1,200 and 1,500 calories. Eat nothing later than 3 hours before you go to bed. Also, try to get a lot of sleep.
