what is an average body fat percent for a 13 year old?
for a person who is 5'6.5'' and 5'2.5''. or if you have a link for a calculator i can use that would be great. thanks! i'm talking about the average of someone who is 13 years old, not where i can figure out what mine is. if that is more specific for thos who didn't understand. sorry about the first time. i was kind of unclear

- BMI you can find online. Body fat percentage you either need to go somewhere and get the test done, or buy one of those scales that can tell how much you are. I bought one for $30 two days ago at Wal Mart. It's pretty accurate.
