1. Its not so accurate, but it gives you an overall measure... The problem with it is as follows, when a fat person uses it then it can sense about how much bf he has, but if a skinny guy goes on then it cant feel any fat, so it will be very unaccurate.. Get maybe the callipers, or the one with the handles, they are more less accurate Discussed in school
