My body mass index is 21 how do i figure how much fat to burn?

- if you're BMI is 21, don't lose weight.
- You dont need to burn any fat... yes, working out is good and healthy but you do not need to lose weight. An overweight BMI is anything over 24 and underweight is 18.5 therefore I'd say you're ideal. You're not anywhere even near overweight but not sickly looking skinny!! Instead of trying to burn fat, look more towards being healthy. It'll get along way... you'll see yourself in a whole new light. 21 really is a great BMI... try to focus on the healthy side... such as a healthy diet... vegetables, fruits, grilled chicken, salads... stay active but certainly there is no need to burn ANY fat. You need at least some to help keep you warm, etc.
