Am i fat?Should i loose weight/body fat?

I'm 111 pounds, 5 feet 1/2 inch...im in middle school chest:30-31 inches waist=26-27 inches wrist=6 inches hips=31-32 inches biceps=10-11 inches forearm=9-10 inches thighs=19-20 inches neck=12-12 inches calves=13 inches body fat percentage:31% i found it out by using these devices in P.E. class is it normal/healthy, ideal or nonhealthy?(over or under what it should be) i want an answer for this.....plz dont say "dont worry about this or ur too young" or whatever its annoying and ur just wasting ur time

  1. just eat healthy and workout. dont wait to diet simply because you are fat... and starving is not an option.
  2. Your body fat percent should be 25% or less... But that DOESN'T mean your fat. I think you are personaly at a healthy weight if you are still in middleschool. You will more than likely grow into your body, and if you feel you are not at the weight you want, then work out a lot, and eat healthy things. You are still young and beautiful, dont push yourself too hard. Its not worth it, trust me. :]
  3. DONT STARVE YOUR SELF THAT IS THE WORST THING TO DO. YOU WANT TO GET SOPE GOOD CARBS AND WOR OUT. AVOID SUGARY FOODS. USE SPLENDA. HAVE THINGS LIKE FISH AND YOGERT. I AM NOT SAYING YOUR FAT JUST A LITTLE BIGGER. PLEASE NO AFFENSE. JUST ANSWERING THE QUESTOIN.
