  5. Your weight is ideal, it's your body fat percentage that worries me. That's quite a lot. If you do lose a few pounds, you will still be fine, just don't go below a healthy weight, that will mess up your metabolism. Lose a few pounds, no more than 5 or 10 at the most, then tone. Use arm bands, power walk uphill, really work those muscles. Situps help after belly fat is gone. Once you're toned, you look slimmer than you would at a lower weight with no tone.
  6. thats not a bad weight but not a good one neither. eat speical k products and eat subway avoid soda and fats like potatot chips and pizza and cake and do exercise for 30min a day and i guarante you that you'll lose 10lbs in one month
  7. jus upload a pic because it depends on your muscle to fat composition. im quite muscular and not fat, yet my bmi tells me im overweight.
  8. i hate you soooo much!!!!!!!!!!! you are soooo skinny ok gosh!!! i wish i had your body!
  9. There is no reason for your to lose weight. Your weight is good for your height. However if you don't like how your body looks there is nothing wrong with adding weights to your workout. But I wouldn't diet.
  10. no no no no no no. i would love to be that skinny.
  11. If I'm kind enough to answer this stupid question about an adolescent's weight worries, maybe she ought to be more considerate than to be rude about asking an already ignorant question. Just so you don't build that ignorance up into anorexia or something, I'll tell you you are NOT fat.
  12. are you crazy I'm bigger than you. You are just fine don't worry.
  13. I have a younger brother in middle school. 7th grade, u? Anyway, he is 98 pounds and he is 5 feet. You should be depending what grade in middle school, about 120 ponuds. I am in college and I am 5'7" (pretty tall) and 150 pounds. You are very good. My calves are 12 inches, neck=12 inches, too. thighs = 24 and everything else is about the same. I think you are very good. Good luck, Hayley
  14. With a 26 inch waist, I am very skeptical that your true body fat percentage is 31%. All the other measurements point to you being a perfectly healthy kid. Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 21.7, which places you squarely in the normal range of 18.5 - 24.9. My advice is to develop good health habits, and don't stress about your weight. If your weight starts climbing, that's different, but you're quite healthy now.
  15. how can u have a 31% u sound skinny to me!!
  16. I think that is a very normal weight. Myself, I'm only 5' 2" and I think a good weight for me is around 120. Of course it also depends on how your bodys built. Every person is built differently. Now those scale that give you a BMI only ask your weight and height so don't think your overweight just by that. Muscle weighs more than fat so a person could weight more just by having more muscle and those scales don't know how much fat or muscle your have.
