Who can check my body fat %?
I want to get my body fat % checked, but i dont know where to do it. i have heard people say personal trainers do it, but i dont have one. i am a member of a ymca but i dont think they can check there.

- you can. go to webmd.com, and type in bmi answer their questions. good to go.
- Ask them!! This is a good question i want the answer too! I might ask at Fitness First... Don't know if that is in the states...
- I know of an easy, free way to do this. Think about the nearest big college or university near you. Look them up in the phone book, or online, and look up their Sports Medicine, or Exercise Science department - may also be under Exercise Physiology or Athletic Training. Anyway, there are always labs with plenty of grad students that would be happy to use you as a clinical study and would be happy to give you a "caliper test".
