How can i lower my body fat?
Idk how to check my body fat but apparently it isnt low enough. so....... i want my abs and muscles to show really well so whats a good strategy to lower my body fat

- go to the gym
- run,jog,excercise do things that will make your sweat more often walk home from school,instead of getting rides..
- Excercise... get on a good diet too. Oh wait! If you want abs just like do 100 situps and 40 or 50 push ups a day Really works...

- eat alot of tuna and run 2 miles a day 5 days a week do this for 2 weeks straight. use the scale tonight.. do what i told you to do and in 2 weeks time go back to the scale and see the 10 pounds lost.. perfectly healhthy

- do some pushups and situps when you wake up and before you go to bed. along with what everyone else will tell you, like jogging, running, biking, etc.
