i'm 21 years old I have been going to the gym for 5 months and training quite hard, i started with cardio and a bit of bodybuilding and i droped my body fat index from 15.4% to 13.1% which i'm very happy with as i started to see my abbs muscles. However i started to do more weights and my chest has grown and it looks quite big. i don't want to end up with moobs what shall i do? there is no fat on my chest but still looks big and growing more than the rest of my body muscles! any tips please? i train my body equaly and change my training program every 6 weeks.
