  1. Actually that sounds really good...How is your build? Just keep working out and your fat percentage should continue to go down, but you have to remember no one has 0 body fat.
  2. 9.5% sounds quite low, however if you are wanting to really know how healthy you are get yourself fully fitness checked at your gym. They'll use those callipers to pinch-test you, plus do height, weight etc.
  3. That's very low! Your BMI won't mean much because you have a lot of muscle - it will appear higher than it should. You're in good shape!!
  4. Your weight, height, and body fat % are almost identical to mine. 9.5% body fat is very healthy and also visually impressive. You can reduce your body fat even further if you would like, to look more "ripped" and lean, but stay above 6%. Getting to lower levels involves careful dieting (reducing calories is the key) and more intensive cardio exercises. For men: 25% body fat or greater is considered obese. 18-25% is acceptable, but a bit "chunky" 14%-17% is average, and quite healthy 6%-13% is typical for atheletes Body fat lower than 6% is pushing it, since the body needs a certain amount of body fat to survive. Maintaining such low body fat levels for extended periods is considered unhealthy as well as dangerous (some people may be able to tolerate lower body fat levels than others).
