body fat percentage question??
since people with a lower body percentage have a faster metabolism than people with a higher one, does that mean they can basically eat anything they want with out really gaining any weight? say they have like a 10% body fat, would they be more likely to not gain weight or become fat from eating junk food regulary, but also eating healthy? does having a low BMI mean you have more muscle?

- BMI is a messed up way because muscle is denser than fat therefore it is heavier but the BMI doest take that into account
- They have a faster metabolism but that doesn't protect them from the greasy junk food. Yes they will probably not gain weight. Having a low BMI doesn't necesarily mean that you are more muscular. Their are a bunch of really skinny unmuscualr people with low BMI's. Me personally I have like a 19. Im 5'11 an 150 pounds.
