I have a body fat percentage of 9.7%, im 6'1" male, 18 years old, and 150lbs, and wish to have washboard abs, and well sculpted, defined muscles. I am building all of my muscles with weigh training and have been since the new year, and have noticed some good improvements. However i still cannot get a really exquisite 6 pack, although it is kind of there, as it seems to be covered with a layer of around a half centimetre of fat. Do i just need to build my 6 pack more, or should i go to lose even more fat? I already have an extremely low amount of relative body fat compared to most people. What percentage of body fat do those guys who look immaculate on the cover of fitness magazines and advertising aftershave have?
