What is the body mass and fat % of somebody at 5'9'' and 160 lbs.

- According to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ your BMI is 23.6. That is in the normal range. Bady fat% requires physical testing so there is no way for us to figure that out for you. Although I found this site that might give you some idea. You need a cloth tape measure to measure yourself. Try it out, who knows.
