anyone know how to calculate body fat % using a tape measure test?

i found a formula on dave draper's website but i'm not sure if there are different ones

1. There are several different ways to do this, each with varying degrees of effectiveness. Google "navy method" for measuring bf% with a measuring tape and you'll get what is considered one of the best ways. It's effectiveness is limited however but you need to take what you can get. The caliper method is more accurate and the total immersion in water is the best.
