I really want abs! How can I lose my fat percentage?
I'm 17 years old (I'll be 18 on June the second) and I weigh approximately 150 lbs. I just checked my body fat percentage and it's 16.43%. I heard you have to get it down to between 10 and 8 percent to look killer sexy/muscular. I walk on my treadmill for about 2 kms in about 45mins almost every day and am starting to do ab exercises. I also do a minimum of weights each day. I really want sexy abs. Like a dude the chicks will drool over. Thing is I know I'm not ugly or fat by any means, but I just really want those abs!! What is the fastest/most effective way to lose lots of my fat percentage? I heard from one source "You can lose up to 1.5% each month!" but that's simply not enough. I want to look good by June, or at least by the end of June. Help please! P.S. Don't suggest the military. I hate that stuff.

- eat more greens and run3 minles every day. lose the sugar, drink 8 glasses of water a day. liquids are really good for you if you wanna lose weight. but good liquids obviously
- First and foremost ~ stop eating fat content foods. speeed up the walking on the treadmill ~ I do 5 km an hour ~ work up to that and (say) do it 3 times a week. sit ups are the ticket to freedom for abdominals ~ work up to 100 sit ups and push ups over time ~ it'll all come together
- if u use the threadmill, use different resistances and speeds. interval training really helps u. also do squats, it will train ur skeletal muscles and make u burn more fat while ur in rest.

- To get great abs, first cut down on fat in your diet and eat more lean proteins like grilled chicken breast or fish (not breaded). The best ab exercise is a crunch done on an exercise ball. A ball is more effective than the floor because it allows you to drop down on your return.
- i feel ya bro, their hard to get for some people including myself but you can get them no doubt. i was at 140 4%bf before i got the nice wshboard abs looking body. then i decided i wasnt big enough and needed to gain weight so ive been putting on muscle the past 3 months. neways they way u do it is by low-calorie diet and intense cardio. start at like 1800 calories the first week and lower by 100 each week until you get to 1300, then jump back up to 1800 and start over again. try to do cardio 4-5 days per week and you only need to lift 1 or 2 days per week. patience is the key. if you can keep the willpower to stay on the diet (youll be hungary all the time prob) then you will get that body that separates u from 90% of the other dudes. good luck and do your research!
