body fat scale reviews

Is possible to lose body fat while gaining muscle and not have it show as weight loss on the scale?

  1. Absolutely...that's exactly what happens when you burn fat and build lean muscle...sometimes it can evn appear that you have gained weight...on the scale, but your BMI has lowered and you consist of more lean muscle and less fat...losing inches not pounds
  2. yes...so you should be more concerned about measuring your inches lost or even better is to get your body fat percentaged measured on a regular basis...scales can be misleading
  3. If you gain as much muscle as you are loosing body fat then it will not show on the scale obviosly.
  4. YES!! it is very common, dont worry if it doesn't show up on the scale or even if it shows a gain in weight by one or two pounds. because muscule has more mass it shows up or in most cases blocks things from showing up, but dont worry youll still feel more defined, and eventually (maybe a week or two) youll actually see on the scale the actual pounds lost
  5. of course - actually muscle weighs more then fat, so don't be surprised if you gain a little - just check yourself out in the mirror and you'll be able to tell. good for you and good luck!!
  6. Yes, but not very likely
  7. yes ,because muscle weighs more than fat.
