Muscle gain and fat loss goals?
The following is my current status: Height: 6' 0" Body Frame: Small Weight: 164 lbs Body Fat: 12.5% How long would it take to reach this goal? Height: 6' 0" Body Frame: Small Weight: 175 lbs Body Fat: 10% Also, does this seem like the ideal goal for me, or do I need to shoot for higher lean body mass or lower body fat percentage?

- If you have never lifted before it won't take long, maybe 3 months at the most (probably alot shorter.) Do this, look up Rippetoes 3x5 and get on a high calorie diet. Focus on whole eggs ,whole milk, steak, vegetables, and some whole grains/fruit. Do Rippetoes and make sure you do FULL squats. Do the program by the book and that will make beat your goals, you might even have lower bf% and more muscle at the end of two months. Btw my stats are 5'4 153 11-12% bodyfat
