I have this dumb P.E. class where at the beginning of the year we all got our body fat percentage measured. I lost points on this assignment because I didn't have "healthy" body fat percentage (between 12% and 25%). I tested in at around 8% body fat. How can I try and make my body fat percentage go up really fast with only a month left before the final test? I don't own a body fat tester, but I think that I have maybe gained 1 percent or so. If I lose any more points, I'll be in risk of getting a sort of crappy grade.
