Personal trainers, etc....in your opinion, what is the most attractive body fat percentage for women?
I am trying not to be so fixated on the number on the scale, and am wondering what the ideal is that I should aim for. I know "normal" range is like 18-24%, but I am more interested in what the ideal would be in your experience --- lean/peak fitness but not too thin or unfeminine. Thanks.

- Great Question! personal preference 16-20% Nothing looks better than Healthy!
- I think that completely depends on the person. Different people will have a different look at the same bf%. My personal goal is 15% but I want to have defined, visible muscle everywhere. If that isn't your thing, you definately don't want to go that low.
- it really depends on their frame so people look better with a slightly higher body fat % than one that's too low. personally i'm a big fan of abs on women so anywhere from 13-22% works for me.
