5"7 140 15%body fat want abs?
i am 5"7 i want really good abs i weigh around 141 last time i checked i had 15% body fat any tops please i do crazy stomic work outs and it still dont work

- its your diet. if all you had to do was do a bunch of situps and the like, more people would take their shirts of at the beach. You know how to put together a good diet. Its easy.
- For most males, abs will be prominent when one gets a 10% body fat. What you need to to is to do more aerobics (after waking up because it is during the time your body will use more fat as energy), consume fat-burning boosters like green tea, L-carnitine supplements, etc.
- if your a guy thats normal for your body fat %....you want good abs...3d looking type abs..well for that look you need to build those abdominal muscle up just like any other body part you want bigger...then after you build it up you got to start toning it up and defining them as well......start off by using exercises that use weights like a crunch machine or rope crunchs...then wen you feel your abs gettin hard and your stomach starting to bulge a bit...use your normal exercises and try doing high reps as well...a good diet will help as well...abs are not made in the gym but in the kitchen...you are wat you eat...if u eat healthy you ll look healthy...good luck!
- WHS ^ But depending on your body type you may need to get down to 8% fat to see results. It's a pain but thats what is needed. If you were big and had huge muscles you could get away with 10 - 12% but if your small you need heaps less fat. GL
- well I know from experience that pilates works wonders. I had a roll on me and I could not get rid of it for years no matter what I did. I found pilates and after 6 years with NO RESULTS from regular cruntches, sit ups I finally have rock hard abs. I used the pilates works out that has 6 different work out and on one of the work out is a 10 min workout for abs. I did it everyday for 3 weeks I saw GREAT lasting results.
