  1. nope not chubby at all and 14% body weight in my opinion is good.
  2. No this is not bad. You are not chubby. I'm the same height as you and I weight 171. I'm considered obese and your considered normal. You are very young and you should not be worried about your weight. I will attach a link so you can check your BMI this is your body fat measurement. BMI stands for Body Mass Index. It is a calculation based on a person's height and weight. The result indicates whether a person is underweight, normal, overweight or obese. Click on Understanding Your BMI above to find out moreYou will see I'm right. I remember when I was 16 and your height I was very slim. I'm only over weight cuz I just had a baby two months ago and he's my 5 child.
  3. Your body fat for a girl your age is fine. You probably don't do any weight training, so your body is not shaped correctly. This is a commonality that most people have today. They are all about keeping the weight off, and they are still dissatisfied because they don't lift weights. Therefore, even though they don't have a weight problem, they still don't look fit. Try some weight training. Join lifting class and ask your coaches what you can do for some strength training.
  4. look here the what body to fat means; http://sportsmedicine.about.com/od/fitnessevalandassessment/a/Body_Fat_Comp.htm use this body fat calculator; http://www.csgnetwork.com/bodyfatcalc.html or use this body fat calculator; http://www.csgnetwork.com/healthcalc.html
  5. Well, lets just say if that figure of 14% body fat is correct, you would not even be on here asking if you were chubby. You would know that you were very muscular like a female body builder....you'd very likely have a full six pack and lots of muscle definition....you wouldn't even be able to pinch any fat. So if that doesn't sound like you, then I think you set it up the scales wrong (you might have it on male mode) or they are just not very accurate. Most females that are of a normal weight, unless they are very muscular will have a body fat percentage of over 20% and this is healthy.
