How to i check what % body fat i have , Cause i heard 10% body fat is what you need to show yer abs

1. eBay sell little thingys you use for about <£5 that do this - I've been curious how good and accurate they are. Anyone used one at this budget please inform.
2. electronic scales can measure things like that my ones measure bmi [body mass index] water % muscle% fat% etc
3. it has to do with your weight and height however i am not sure you should probably go to your doctor
