What is the accurate one to see how much body fat% i have?

i have a scale that messures your weight and your body% and your hyrdration level.you have to put in your height and age and if you are a girl or boy. idk if its accurate, or if an online bodyfat% checker is more accurate? what is the most accurate body fat% website?

4. The most accurate methog is measuring the body fat percentage with the calliper. The Tanita scales are OK but no website will give you the right answer to your question.
