How do I up my body fat percentage but not gain weight?

I know it sounds like an oxymoron, but I used to be an athlete for 5 years and have a really low body percentage. I miss my boobs and want to get them back!

  1. The only immediate way to make your breast larger, but not make changes to your weight, is to have cosmetic surgery. In the long term, if you cut down on the resistance training and cardio, you could possibly increase your body fat percentage. However, breast tissue is different from fat. So you will not be able to chose where the fat will developes on your body. Since muscle weighs more than fat, you'd have to let your muscles go into an atrophied state and up your body fat percentage. This would be the only natural chance of increasing your breast size. I would assume that after years of maintaining a lower body fat percentage with an athletic build, that you wouldn't be happy with your physique if you did this. I myself have come to accept that my love of looking like a fitness model has required me to sacrifice a large chest. I researched breast implants, and made the choice to learn to live with what I've got (or don't have). If you've been an athlete most of your teenage years, and are into adulthood, you may never be able to recover the breast tissue that you've lost.
  2. ive seen ur pictures on myspace remember? why ask this?
  3. Can I ask your height, weight and current body fat %. It's just if you have low body fat with low lean mass, then you really need to gain both fat and muscle. If you have a lot of lean mass, but just not a lot of body fat, then you can just lose a bit of muscle and gain some fat back.
