How do you measure body fat percentage at home???
I don't have those fancy equipments, is there a way to measure my body fat percentage??

- Save up some money and buy a Tanita scale. Totally worth the $$$.
- You can buy a body fat pincer from GNC, it costs like 20 bucks. Its EAS approved
- measure your tall in meters, your best weight should be your tall minus 100 , then weight yourself again , see what you get if it's close to the first number or not then the rest of the work is yours !!
- Purchase a skin fold calliper and use it to measure the skin thickness on 3 points on your body. Usually the triceps, abs and outer thigh. There will be a formula and chart in the instruction book to get a rough idea of your bodyfat percentage. Each time, do it 2 or 3 times to make sure you get an accurate measurement.
